Imperial Iron Wall and Allure of Darkness

Can a player activate Allure of Darkness if Imperial Iron Wall is face up on the field? I said it couldn't because the conditions aren't correct for activation and you can't resolve Allure properly. Also, if a player activates Allure of Darkness and the opponent chains Imperial Iron Wall, will Allure resolve? I think it won't for the same reasons as above.

What are your thoughts?

5) "Allure of Darkness" (or "Common Charity", etc.) cannot be activate while "Imperial Iron Wall" is active. If you activate "Allure of Darkness" and "Imperial Iron Wall" is chained, after drawing 2 cards you will reveal 1 DARK Monster from your hand, and the revealed DARK Monster remains in your hand. If you do not have any DARK Monsters in your hand, your entire hand is sent to the Graveyard.

You can't remove cards from play. Simple as that. This card trumps Macro Cosmos and Dimensional Fissure, regardless of when they were activated.

If Imperial Iron wall is active, you cannot activate Allure of Darkness.

If Imperial Iron Wall is chained to Allure of Darkness, your DARK monster is revealed to the opponent and then it stays in your hand. If you have no DARK monsters, your entire hand is sent to the Graveyard.

EDIT: Darn you, Entropy. Seems I can't beat you after all.

(Lol physics joke.)
