Maybe :

- 1 Zaborg
- 1 Thestalos
- 1 Twin headed

+ 1 Mobius
+ 1 Jinzo
+ 1 Treeborn

(Better field control )

Since your running 3x Instant Fusions, perhaps add Brain Control instead of 2x Soul Exchange. the fact that Soul Exchange skips battle phase is a bad thing usually. Yeah, more LP payment cards, but usually using Brain Control is better then Instant Fusion. Cause you pay slightly more life and you don't take away your foe's monster. But Instant Fusion can be better then Soul Exchange the fact that you can still go into battle phase.

Maybe :

- 1 Zaborg
- 1 Thestalos
- 1 Twin headed

+ 1 Mobius
+ 1 Jinzo
+ 1 Treeborn

He can't add Treeborn Frog in a deck that runs 3x Royal Decree though. And Mobius isn't needed in a deck that runs 3x Royal Decree also.
