I have a question about "All-Out Attacks". If I Special Summon 3 Ojama Token on my opponents side of the field during "All-Out Attacks" is active. Is it true that the Token are changed to Attack Position emidiately? My opponent now summons "Breaker" and destroys "All-Out Attacks". Will the Token still attack or does the effekt disappear?

from what I understand they would still have to attack due to the fact that it just affects them the turn they are SS.

But it's a Continuous Effect, so it wouldn't make them attack once it's no longer on the field.

Answer:

When the Ojama Tokens are Special Summoned, "All-Out Attacks" effect is triggered. It starts a new Chain, and when it resolves the Ojama Tokens are shifted into Attack Position.

When "All-Out Attacks" is removed from the field, its effect is no longer applied. The effects of Continuous Spell and Trap Cards are no longer applied when they are removed from the field.
