I'm not so sure about running 3 Magical Merchants and I say max out on Sakuretsu Armor's because running Widespread Ruins. You can choose with Sakuretsu Armor, and when you have three, you may want to try the Widespreads alongside them. Royal Decrees and battle phase traps don't really mix well, either. And Reasoning with Mobius the Frost Monarch doesn't work, just thought I'd clarify that. And I'm not so sure that you have enough tributes to justify a Reasoning since you don't need to use it, you can easily iron out some of the tributes out of your deck.

I'm not placing edits because you asked for tips.

I'd drop one Merchant for Night Assailant, and work in a Cyber Jar.

I'd also add 1x A Hero Emerges.

Last year I was tooling a deck that was all level 5-8 monsters with:

2x Cost Down
2x Reasoning
2x Monster Gate
2x A Hero Emerges

The deck was actually competitive but fell short against Cutter Chaos.

It would fair much better in today's meta. Maybe I should find that old deck list for you.

Cost Down wouldn't work, with the two 2 Tribute monsters and the Mobius the Frost Monarch's who will not activate their effect if not tributed for, the Cyber Dragon's who normall special summon and the one card that can actually use Cost Down, Jinzo. And nobody likes Jinzo THAT much. ;)
