I playtested this a little today and i'll have to agree with you..

I also might take out a decree for something else.. dunno wat though
 
I sold my mirror force...

deck updated.. I dropped all 3 decrees.. this deck doesnt have much draw power and they are bad topdecks..
 
hmmmm...it seems your monsters are weak or strong - no inbetween - that makes creature swap a nice fit...
swap 1 smashing ground for 1 fissure - it picks those pesky reapers out of a line up...
swap 1 sak armor for a bottomless trap hole/forced back
