Last Turn Control Deck

This is the latest idea of a Deck that I've been using for the last several months:

Monster (19)
2 Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV 6
1 Hours the Black Flame Dragon LV 8
3 Jowgen the Spiritualist
3 Stealth Bird
3 Swarm of Scarabs
3 Swarm of Locusts
1 Cyber Jar
1 Morphing Jar
1 Exiled Force
1 Sangan

Magic (7)
2 Level Limit - Area B
2 Messenger of Peace
1 Dark Hole
2 Offerings to the Doomed

Traps (15)
2 Last Turn
3 Wall of Revealing Light
3 Solemn Judgment
2 Magic Jammer
2 Fake Trap
2 Divine Wrath
1 Torrential Tribute

Side Deck
2 Guardian Sphinx
1 Lava Golem
1 Breaker the Magical Warrior
2 Legendary Jujitsu Master
2 Dust Tornado
2 Raigeki Break
2 Bottomless Trap Hole
2 Sakuretsu Armor
1 Mystical Space Typhoon

The original idea behind this deck was to build a control deck in which I could use the Last Turn combo as an alternative winning condition (I can also win with the reflippable monsters). I have also been taking out the Last Turns, and trying to make it more Swarm control based (I still like Jowgen even without Last Turn as he stops Special summons, and I have enought protection to make Wall of Revealing Light for 3000 a very powerful stall). I've had a lot of fun playing with two Anti-Spell Fragance (makes Swarm of Locusts very powerful), although I've also been thinking about adding two Des Locoda for more drawing power.
I am open to any suggestions. Thank you in advance for your time.

Jowgen will block Horus if you field him, just keep that in mind. With your current engine, Last Turn will more likely cost you the game in 2 and 3 rather than win it. Chances are, you won't even win game 1 if the opponent is smart. Last Turn isn't splashable by any means, its engine maybe but not the combo itself.

I finally decided that Last Turn was a bit too slow for this deck (although for the record, I did win with it a bit, and it was never around after game 1, so everyone's sidedecking to stop it only ended up helping me. Here is the updated decklist:

Monster (18)
2 Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV 6
2 Jowgen the Spiritualist
3 Stealth Bird
3 Swarm of Scarabs
3 Swarm of Locusts
1 Cyber Jar
2 Des Lacooda
1 Exiled Force
1 Sangan

Magic (7)
2 Level Limit - Area B
2 Messenger of Peace
1 Dark Hole
2 Offerings to the Doomed

Traps (15)
2 Anti-Spell Fragrance
3 Wall of Revealing Light
3 Solemn Judgment
2 Magic Jammer
2 Curse of Royal
2 Divine Wrath
1 Torrential Tribute

Side Deck
2 Guardian Sphinx
1 Lava Golem
1 Breaker the Magical Warrior
2 Legendary Jujitsu Master
2 Dust Tornado
2 Raigeki Break
2 Bottomless Trap Hole
2 Sakuretsu Armor
1 Mystical Space Typhoon

The idea of the deck now, if to contol the field via Swarm of Scarabs, and Anti-Spell Fragrance + Swarm of Locusts. I kept a couple of Jowgens around, as they are really great at combating Special Summons. I took out Horus LV 8, since I never seemed to be able to use it in this deck, and this LV 6's are working just fine on their own.

I was wondering if it would be worth adding 2 Ojoma Trio (gives my opponet three useless monste), and/or 2 Masks of Darkness (Recycles traps) to this deck. If so, what should I take out for them (if anything). This deck now has a lot more draw power thanks to the two Des Lacoodas.

Finally, I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas for a sidedeck for this deck. I've designed the current sidedeck to almost completly siwtch out with the main deck. I was also wondering if this would last against Burn (which I think I can beat, but could give me porblems), and Horus Control (only because 2-3 Royal Decrees could give this deck a headache). Thank you in advance for your time.

I see your point with jowgen but wouldnt tomato be a better choice and a swords/trunade combo could be worthwhile.

I might switch the Walls of Revealing light for 2 Gravity Bind, and 1 Messenger of Peace, although I like the fact that they all the monster's that would get under those two cards, and LLBA. Also, Gravity Bind would stop my Horus LV 6 from attacking, which can actually be usefull at times.

I like the Tomato Control Idea for my side deck (and I think that I'll find a way to main to two Dust Tornados). I think that three Mystic Tomatos, and 2 Nedwoia would be good to start, but I'm not sure what else would fit that kind of theme. Any suggestions on this would be greatly appreacated.

Use more messengers than bind then if you are worried that your horus is gonna get caught. Still, 7 spells is a bit extreme at least you ll be decent in the hand size category i guess.

7 spells means your options for the current turn might be a bit limited, you ll have to rely on monsters and traps mostly to save you, players most likely would side Jinzo/decree/dusts in place of some of their spells after game 1 if they notice the high trap count and the anti magic fragrance.
