Little question (coz there are cards missing): how muchSkill Drain are in this Deck? (u've got 38 cards in your Deck).
About giving advise: I think Jathro and Riku already did that...

The tittle of your thread actually caught my eye.....but the deck didn't reflect the tittle, no matter, it still provided me food for thought.

Recently I've been playing a deck with 2x Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi and a Yamata Dragon. I've tried Level Conversion Lab in the deck and it works VERY nicely. Flame Ruler is of course a mainstay in the deck as well.

I thought about you using Skill Drain in this deck and came upon an interesting (yet common sense) ruling concerning Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi in regards to Skill Drain.....

"¢ [Re: Skill Drain] If "Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi"'s effect is activated, and then "Skill Drain" is activated later, "Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi"'s effect is not negated and the opponent must discard his/her hand during their next Draw Phase. But if "Skill Drain" is active at the time "Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi"'s effect activates, then the effect is negated.

It stands to reason that the ruling with Yamata Dragon would be the same....yet these spirit monsters would be remain on the field at the end of the turn if Skill Drain is active.

Keep in mind that both Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi and Yamata Dragon are level 8 monsters making them bait for use with Metamorphosis and Cyber Twin Dragon or Gatling Dragon, Ultimate Obiedent Fiend is of course a 10 star making it bait for Metamorphosis and Cyber End Dragon.

One little trick I've used in my deck is using Ultimate Offering & Flame Ruler. If Flame Ruler is targeted for destruction of is attacked by a higher ATK moster I just use Ultimate Offering to tribute set Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi or Yamata Dragon.....let them attack THOSE :D I also play 3 Guardian Sphinx in that deck so Ultimate Offering just works sweetly all the way around.

These are just some interesting possibilities you might want to explore or incorperate into your side deck.
