Level Modulation and Armed Dragon Lv10

Yes. If "Armed Dragon LV10" is properly Special Summoned and then sent to the Graveyard somehow, it can be brought back with "Level Modulation".

[edit]Wanna hear something funny...lol. You can use "Level Up!" to level down "Armed Dragon LV10" to "Armed Dragon LV7", but you can't use "Level Up!" to go from LV7 to LV10. Isn't that funny!?....lol.

[edit]OMG! I just thought of a weird combo...lol. Get LV7 on the field, then Tribute it for LV10. Then activate "Pot of Avarice" and return LV7 to the deck with any other 4 monsters. Then activate "Level Up!" sending LV10 to the Graveyard to Special Summon LV7 from your deck. Then activate "Level Modulation" to bring LV10 back from the Graveyard! Now you've got both LV7 and LV10 on the field at once! It's majorly convoluted, I know, but I like it!

EDIT: Will you believe me if I say the exact combo came in mind and I was just gonna edit to putt it up? Oo lol ok now I'm scared

Only problem is, you went through all that to get rid of a card that had an attack power of 3000, as well as great effect (you didnt say if you attacked with him before leveling down to LV7), to go to a 2800 monster, whose effect may or may not activate, and bring back LV10 with no effect and he cannot attack.

As long as it doesnt Backfire, and you attacked and used LV10's effect first, it's worth the effort. It's pretty much the same think I've done with Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6 and Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8.
