Limiter Removal Vs. United We Stand

DaGuyWitBluGlasses is correct...maybe.

It's either 9000 then 8200. Or it's 8200 then 7400.

The tricky part is does UWS recalculate "Jinzo"'s ATK, or does it stay the same.

Im not testing you guys, but I had the same feeling that DaGuyWitBluGlasses answered. It just troubles me when I see UWS attatche to Jinzo (the only monster on the field) but is not really boosting him up. It just looks weird, but I know it works that way.

No. Limiter removal does not double any increases after it resolves. Limter Removlas only lingering effect is the Destruction effect.
I wasn't suggesting that Limiter doubled the effect of United. I was counting Jinzo and the newly summoned monster for the effect of United.

Since that Limiter Removal doubles the current ATK (Jinzo 2400 + Heavy Mech 500 + United 800 = 3700) to (3700 x 2 = 7400), then that 7400 is the new base ATK on top of which all modifiers are then added.

So before you summon another monster, Jinzo now has (7400 + United 800 = 8200) ATK. Then when you summon he gets another 800 => 9000 ATK.

United is then destroyed, thus lowering Jinzo's ATK back to the base ATK as defined by Limiter Removal (=7400), considering no other ATK modifiers.

Simple.

Not simple. DGwBG had the answer correct. When "Limiter Removal" doubled "Jinzo"'s ATK, all the modifiers that went into that no longer are considered to have lasting effects. This includes "United We Stand" counting "Jinzo" for part of its effect. So, he is a 7400 ATK monster. "United We Stand" from that point on will never include "Jinzo" into calculating it's effect. So when another monster is summoned, there's only 1 monster on the field that UWS looks at so that raises "Jinzo" to 8200. If UWS is then destroyed, he goes back to being 7400.
