Machine Wash Warm...

Yes sir, Limiter Removal is down to one. And with that restriction *cringe* I really only see a very few ways one can go with Machines:

1. XYZ / VW / VWXYZ

2. Fusilier-Mechanical Hound-Metamorphosis-Tsukuyomi Control (rather difficult, since two of THOSE are down to one per deck)

3. Something similar to my Flipping Machines!!! Version 2 deck (patent pending :p)

4. XZ (just XZ, no Y) Beatdown with Roll Out! for field presence and Combination Attack for extra damage.

So... yeah, this deck really... well, it isn't BAD, but I just think it's a little too janky to really work in competitive play. Now, if we trim away some of the jank...

Machine King
Helping Robo For Combat
V-Tiger Jet and W-Wing Catapult (they can't hold their own on the field, and they don't fuse with X or Z)
Cyber Raider
2x 7 Completed (I know they're fun, but Rush Recklessly pretty much pwns them... you know, too old to be competitive anymore... it's a shame, though)
Book of Taiyou

+

Metamorphosis
X x2
Z x2
Rush Recklessly
Last Will x2

...what do you make of that? Like I said, the decks not bad; I just feel it would benefit from a little more structure.

Thanks for the input. When I first put it together I forgot to check my copy of the limited list so that's why I screwed up on the Limit Removal. I thought I had edited it out but I guess I didn't. I also thought I had 2 Rush Recklessly in there but I guess I messed up on that. Now I am actually pretty limited on what I have on hand, so I chose these cards. As I get more machines and ad them to the deck, I will post the changes.

I've been running a machine deck for the better part of a year and a half. I can at least tell you a lot of what doesn't work.

Your two best bets are: Machine Warrior Hybrid (Skill Drain based), and what I call a Battle Burn deck -- beatdown with a burn.

With Night Assialant limited to 1x and Sinister Serpent banned, VWXYZ decks are little more than fun decks -- because you can't afford the discard for the effects in today's meta.

If you are looking to run a seriously competitive machine deck, Fusilier and Cyber Dragon are a broken pair in Skill Drain --

Otherwise, go for the beatdown in a way that no other archetypes can -- using the added burn of Needle Burrower and KA-2 Des Scissors:

Battle Burn:

1x Chaos Sorcerer
2x Needle Burrower
1x Jinzo
3x Cyber Dragon
1x Reflect Bounder
3x KA-2 Des Scissors
3x Heavy Mech Support Platform
1x Reflect Bounder
1x Cyber Jar
1x Morphing Jar
1x Sangan

2x Nitro Unit
3x Axe of Despair
1x Limiter Removal
1x Giant Trunade
1x Mystical Space Typhoon
1x Heavy Storm
1x Snatch Steal
2x Brain Control
1x Premature Burial
3x Smashing Ground
1X Dark Hole

2x Royal Decree
1x Call of the Haunted
1x Magic Cylinder
1x Ceasefire
