Stupid question but since it's back in the meta-

If I Monster Reborn my opponent's DMoC, who gets the effect of retrieving a Spell card from the graveyard? My opponent or I?

For Dark Magician of Chaos, the controller would get the effect, regardless of who's Graveyard it was Special Summoned from.
