Back at the Force of the Breaker Sneak Preview, it was announced that the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Comic Book, Volume 1 was going to be released in November. Well, this is indeed the case.

Now, there's nothing at all that says if there will be a promo card included with this. If there is though (and this is COMPLETE SPECULATION) it will likely follow what was included in the original Japanese version. And what card would that be?

Rumor had that card coming out late this year/early next. So, it's looking more likely by the moment.

i just looked at that light and darkness dragon
the effect is so harsh!
if that is really coming out there is no way it can stay off of the banned list, or at least be limited.
i can't see them letting people have access to 3. just imagine the possiblities of that card when you could make whole decks around it!
