Morphing Jar vs set s/t cards

Ya know, people usually set all of the s/t along with summoning most monsters as possible before flipping their face-down jar. Now can you "play the s/t you just set that turn. (Before you flipped the jar and drew 5 cards.) and s/t I mean pretty much normal spells and stuff. (Not traps of course)

If you set a Normal Spell Card, Equip Spell Card, Field Spell Card, Continous Spell Card, Ritual Spell Card, you CAN use it later that turn.
