this deck is based a round trying to summon
elememtal hero shining flare wingman.
i just wanted some suggestions on how to protect it from spells and traps once it'r summoned.
i also tought about trying destiny hero plasma but i'm sure what to lose to try it.

The only overall major problem I think is the monster line-up. Straight off I see no Elemental Hero Stratos. It's a perfect addition in any type of deck utilising Elemental Heroes or Destiny Heroes. There's simply no reason not to use it. Second problem is that you're using The Light Hex. Unless you're running Cyber Dragons along with some Cyber Twin Dragons, then there's not much utility for The Light Hex.

A monster line-up I would use, would be something like this:

Monsters: 18
[3] Cyber Dragon
[3] Elemental Hero Wildheart
[3] Elemental Hero Sparkman
[3] The Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion
[2] King of the Swamp (if you still plan on using Polymerization)
[3] Magical Merchant (use with Creature Swap as well)
[1] Elemental Hero Stratos

As an extra note as well, should you use this line-up, you'll probably want to take out the Future Fusion as fusion subs can't be used with it. Also note that Shining Flare Wingman can be brought out using a fusion sub in place of Flame Wingman, meaning you don't need to bring out the normal Flame Wingman at all.

For protection, consider My Body as a Shield, and possibly a Royal Decree line-up. Or even Solemn Judgments could work very nicely.
 
thanks the suggestions i currently don't own a elemental hero stratos. i can use the light hex sealed fusion with sparkman and polemerization to make shining flare wingman. thanks for pointing out that i can't use fusion subtitutes with future fusion but i'll still be able to make flame wingman.

i thought i might try the royal decree idea replace my traps with emeny controller, book of moon or maybe a couple of shrinks.
