It is a high count deck but it works for me. I had been using a water deck since IOC and a lot of the packs have tickled me pink with some of the nice water cards.

Way too much going on in your Deck. You put too many combinations in your Water Deck, which I find impossible to effectively pull off. Remove Water Dragon and Oxygeddon as well as Bonding - H2O. Add in more Levia because you are relying on some godly heart of the cards to get it and Neo summonable.
 
i agree drop all Water Dragon stuff except for Hydrogeddon

i would also drop The Legendary Fishermans and the levia dragons

if you really want a big deck i will stop taking cards away now

now its to add a few cards i would add
3 mother grizzley
2 terra forming



the mother grizzley's are there so you could get your orca's ammo this should help speed up your orcas destruction effect it thins your deck too
the terra formings are there so you always have A Legendary Ocean on the field. I have my cousin run one in his 40 card water deck so he can always have A Legendary Ocean.

with how big your deck is deck thinning will really speed you along

looks pretty nice except i would run amphibius bugroth over levia dragun daedalus


you could try slimming your tributes and add cards like Gravity Bind or level limit area-b to go with your legendary ocean's level effect

that last one was just a suggestion it isn't a fix it would change how you play your deck slightly
