Now when you make a new post your Yugioh card names will automatically be converted to link that point to the Yugioh card registry.

For instance simply typing "Jinzo", converts it to a link.

Ok, obviosly this is a really awsome and conveniant feature... but I've run into a problem and I'm sure there will be more like this

The word "wAnted" contains the word "Ante" which is also the name of a card... I'm asumming you will want to fix this but I personally don't mind. What I do mind is that the new program adds an extra space before any link that it makes making the word "w@nted" into "w @nted"

Other then this I love the new feature and have already started going to all my old deck posts and clicking the edit button and re-submitting the post.

Fixed the spacing issue, You know what this might need is a way to turn it off while doing your post....

Didn't think of it when I produced the enchancement... I'll get cracking on doing that.

Added "Disable Yu-Gi-Oh card auto-linking" under the "Additional Options" section of a new reply or post. If it is checked off then the auto-linking is turned off.

CraniumX stumbled in a weird side effect on this new feature (found in this tread here).

"Uminous Soldier','ycard','width=600,height=600'); return false;">LUminous Soldier"

This is interesting side effect, don't you think. There are two solution's I can think of right now to fix this:
  1. The user must edit his post to fix it manually
  2. The feature should only check card names that are quoted, like "Card name here".

I agree with option #2 since, in all honesty, aren't we supposed to be putting card names in quotes?

Yup, that's the general guidelines when writing an article. I realy like this feature and are now drooling on it.

I took the liberty of testing this new features and this some errors that I found:

7 <- the spell card
Crawling Dragon #2','ycard','width=600,height=600'); return false;">Crawling Dragon #2
Gradius' Option','ycard','width=600,height=600'); return false;">Gradius' Option
Jinzo #7','ycard','width=600,height=600'); return false;">Jinzo #7
Morphing Jar #2','ycard','width=600,height=600'); return false;">Morphing Jar #2
Oscillo Hero #2','ycard','width=600,height=600'); return false;">Oscillo Hero #2
Sasuke Samurai #2','ycard','width=600,height=600'); return false;">Sasuke Samurai #2
Sasuke Samurai #3','ycard','width=600,height=600'); return false;">Sasuke Samurai #3
Skull Knight #2','ycard','width=600,height=600'); return false;">Skull Knight #2
Tyhone #2','ycard','width=600,height=600'); return false;">Tyhone #2

No too much error considering the number of cards in the database. Enjoy fixing it :)

problem with the text link function changing text to fit a card.

E.G. Post was typed "abd Tribe" (d switched for b) and was posted "aD. Tribe"

It seems the period mark is acting like a wildcard that any symbol following "d" then space and the word "tribe" is catching the link function.

odd isn't it?
oD. Tribe
WooD. Tribe
Woody(see what I mean?)
