Checking Hand/Deck Even Though Card is Restricted
from UDE's Player Management Forums

Hey,
I've been out of judging for awhile now and I felt a little bit rusty after the last tournament I judged.
I know that UDE policy allows a player to check their opponent's hand or deck in cases like Nobleman of Crossout, etc.
1) If my opponent uses "Nobleman of Crossout" on my face-down "Magician of Faith", do I have to still shuffle my deck/allow my opponent to check my deck?
2) If my opponent activates "Mind Crush" and declares "Elemental Hero - Wildheart" and I deny having one in my hand, does my opponent still get to check my hand? Would the same occur if I only discarded one "Elemental Hero - Wildheart".
I saw a lot of this pointless hand and deck checking at this tournament and I made common sense rulings every time.
Thanks,
John
