Impersonating as a Level 3 Judge and TO issue

Hi all,
Firstly I am in Singapore and recently there was a tournament and there was someone who told everyone that he was a Level 3 UDE judge and TO and he gave out a couple of DQs to certain players. As a fellow judge, I was sure that there was no level 3 TO and judge in Singapore. My players told me and asked me regarding this issue.
The tournament is YuGiOh and I do know that its will not be an official UDE tournament but it was the World Championship qualifiers.
So what should we on our side do about it? As he is appointed by the Organizer as the Judging team and it would be unfair to the players that he may be an imposter.
May I know who should i apporach to check and verify the player's information ?
Konami Asia had told me to apporach UDE regarding this issue.

- Players asked him for proof that he is lvl 3 but he jus brush them aside and told them it was taken online.
- There was no one to stop him even the Organizer wasnt there till the end of the tournament.
