Council of Heroes
Ok, so here's one of the decks I'm running right now. It's pretty fun. Enjoy!

Level 5+: 3
Water Dragon (duh!)
Mobius the Frost Monarch x2

Level 4-: 15
Serpentine Princess x2
Nightmare Penguin x2
Hydrogeddon x3 (duh!, can't make H20 w/o it!)
Oxygeddon x3 (ditto from above!)
Breaker the Magical Warrior
Cyber Jar (wouldn't build a deck w/o it!)
Sangan (critter!)
Abyss Soldier
Magician of Faith

Spells: 17
Giant Trunade x2
Bonding - H2O x2
Smashing Ground x2
Rush Recklessly x2
Book of Moon
Dark Hole
Premature Burial

Widespread Ruin
Rising Energy x2
Sakuretsu Armor x2

Have at it! Let me know what you'd do to make it better!

Thanks!

Well, you have no problems using cookie cutter cards. Also, Mobius the Frost Monarch became CC, just letting you know. You can also add Widespread Ruin as (semi-cookie cutter) only because duelists are finally realizing it is superior to Sakuretsu Armor in a lot of ways. That bothers me giving the fact I used Widespread Ruin, knowing it was a great card before everyone else decided to use it.

Your Deck is not really Water Dragon Deck. It is more of a CC Deck, with just Water Dragon slapped in. Aqua Chorus is a bad idea and I will tell you why. How often will your Hydrogeddon stay on the field? How often will it the card just be a dead draw? Do not forget you are in trouble if your opponent uses other cards. I would just use that Field Spell Card that gives Water a 500 ATK increase. You could use Covering Fire or Rising Power. I do not use them or Rush Recklessly in my Formula & Mineralogical Magnet Deck, although I do have it Side-Decked. I wish we had Kunai with Chain. That would be a great card for Hydrogeddon.

Like I told a lot of other people trying to run Water Dragon. You have to make it in a Deck that synergizes with it. Using CC, with it in is just saying "Look at my Deck, Water Dragon is in it, but it is still the same Deck you would normally see." Try to find my review of Water Dragon to see what cards you could use. I am sort of testing how Two-Man Cell Battle works for it. Personally, if you are going to use Water Dragon, I would rather you just put 1 in a full out Water Deck and see how that works, not that you need it with the Levia strategy, but that probably be where it can work without problems.

I don't know that I'd call it a Cookie Cutter deck. The only things 'cookie cutter' about it are the Spells and traps and, what, 2 monsters. And it IS more watery than cookie cutter, IMHO, and wanted it to be that way. I also tried a Water/Fire/Pyro hybrid, but that didn't work out quite as I planned. I like the idea of the "Umiiruka" or even "A Legendary Ocean", but couldn't work them in...again..lol.

Looking at yours, we've got about 5 S/T cards that are different, not counting quantity. The big difference is with the monsters. I could say you took a standard Valkyrion deck and just threw in the H2O stuff. Everybody is different. I love the idea you came up with by mixing the two deck styles together, btw.

What about this..

-1 Royal Decree
-1 Aqua Chorus
+2 Blast with Chain

so far the only major threat to Water Dragon is DNA Surgery. Making everything Pyro (or DNA Transplant to make them all fire), would also drop your Water Dragon's attack to 0 with its own ability. Other than that I like it... I might try something like that myself. I have a water deck I'll post in a bit once I get the time to get it all sorted out for posting. I'm trying Water Dragon with the frogs. (DragonFrog Z maybe??? still thinking of a name for it LOL)

That is not even the biggest threat. No one runs DNA Transplant or DNA Surgery unless they have to. The biggest threat would be bounce cards, Cyber Jar, Magic Jammer a Bonding - H2O will really piss someone off.

Well, what are you using Blast with Chain for? Are you using it for the ATK: 500 increase or are you using it just incase your monster Heavy Storms your field? I would using Rising Power over it for Hydrogeddon. Try the Blast with Chain through playtesting first. Thanks, a lot of people are interested in my different styles combined. Let know what else you need help with on this Deck. Also, forget what I said about Two-Man Cell Battle, it is for Normal Monsters -_-...... yeah.....

Updated deck.

Swapped in 2 "Rising Energy" after much debate with myself.

In the end, I couldn't pass up the 1500 ATK boost. That would pretty much make a "Hydrogeddon" safe from any monster attack, save a few Fusions and the occasional "Despair from the Dark".

Any other ideas?

Well usually from here on out I would find someone to playtest your Deck with in order to figure out what needs to be added and what does not. The only way to really know what you should add is by that in my opinion. Rising Energy goes well with Hydrogeddon.
