I use Card Of Safe Return in my Creator deck. The Creator and Exiled Force are just nasty together, when you use card of Safe Return it fires of often in such a deck giving you fodder to use The Creator's effect again the next turn without depleating your hand.

No Reinforcements to search for the warrior you need though? Personally I think I'd be putting in Goblin Attack Force rather than Giant Orc and then finding room for RoTA in this deck.

Soul Exchange really isn't going to come in that handy for you here as most of your tribute monsters take 2 tributes

-1 Deck Devastation Virus
-1 Airknight
-1 Magical Merchant
-1 Hand of Nephthys
-3 Giant Orc
-1 Enemy Controller
-2 Soul Exchange
-1 Waboku

+2 Goblin Attack Force
+1 Card Of Safe Return
+1 Reinforcements of the Army
+1 Interdimensional Matter Transporter
+1 Mausoleum of the Emperor

I don't get that....I would think he would need Soul exchange all the more. Tribute one of his and one of his opponent's. Use the snot out of it!!
