Okay, made more changes cause of the 4/1 new banning list and after more playtesting.

Cards I'm thinking of adding.

Morphing Jar (This deck needs ALOT of draw power cause of the combos needed... and this jar can also screw up your foe's gameplay so it could work)

Recycle (Recycling come key cards like Pot of Avarice or Giant Trunade/Heavy is kinda important. And thus why I added 2x MoF since the new ruling allows it. Not to mention, sometimes I discard cards like Power Bond if I don't see fit and then later I want it back... but then I need quite a bit of shuffle effect cards in my deck to use Recycle effectively... Heck, maybe that Outstanding Dog Marron can combo this well, it can be fetched by my Shining Angel, not to mention that card always end up at my deck again when send to the graveyard.)

After some testplay, Limiter Removal wasn't cutting it. If they have a bunch of set monsters, this card is useless. (especially if it's Reaper) In this deck, since I'm packing 2x Trunade, BBS have two functions. Equip it to my foe's face-up monsters and use Trunade to remove it from play, (And still have BBS in my hand) and also use it to make Cyber-Twin have pierce effect. (Or I can equip it to Reaper to get rid of it.) I would probably put limiter as a sidedeck or something cause 2x ATK definately helps in some situations. (Like they had 1 set monster. Bust that and then when I attack directly, use Limiter for OTK) And when BBS is gunna get busted my MST/Dust from my foe, I do have Book of Moon and even Mystik Wok to send it to the graveyard at least. (So it's Avarice food instead of removed from play when busted.)

And with Limiter and Power Bond, I actually randomly pulled both together. 2x Cyber Dragon + Power Bond + Limiter + Premature + Trunade is FUN! (I used Premature to pull out Proto-Cyber that was in the grave for 16000ATK Cyber End Dragon!) Of course, this was a pot-luck miracle combo. It's cool but of course, I can never depend on this kinda combos.
 
It's won't be effective at all in this design.

This is 80% of how my Cyber-Twin Dragon will be summoned

I set Shining Angel.

I let my foe destroy it. If I have Proto-Cyber Dragon in my hand, I special summon Light HEX with Angel. If I have HEX in my hand, I special summon Proto-Cyber with Angel.

On my next turn, I normal summon my HEX/Proto to match whatever my Angel summoned and use HEX effect to special summon Cyber-Twin Dragon.

OR

I use CotH/Premature to bring out either HEX/Proto/Cyber and normal summon from my hand Proto-Cyber/HEX whatever to match the two pair for HEX special summoning for Cyber-Twin Dragon.

The rest of the percentage is to my Power Bond. (Or Cyber-Stein when I had that... I'll put that in my sidedeck if I bother making a side-deck for this casual deck.)


See, I already normal summoned something so I don't have the time for HMSP to equip it on my dragon... so in this design, no. It'll just waste my card space in this deck design.
