Pulling Out Holos From Ygo Booster Packs

HEY GUYS,
I WAS WONDERING WHAT METHODS THERE ARE FOR PULLING HOLO CARDS FROM YGO BOOSTERS..
I WENT THE SNEAK PREVIEW OF EOJ AND I SAW SOME GUYS PULLING HOLOS USING A CALIPER. SO I BOUGHT ONE BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO USE IT...IN ORDER TO GET HOLOS
I THINK UDE FIXED IT SO THAT ITS HARD TO TELL BECAUSE I USED TO DO THAT WITH OLDER EXPANSION SETS...:dj_grin ​

pack ratio on the side tells you an avarage on what you could get if you followed that resoning.

UDE and Konami are getting a lot wiser (but not much) when it comes to hiding their holo's. I have noticed some occasions where they have included a small amount of silicone along with Blister Packages to foul up people attempting to use "weight" as a discriminator.

Precision Calipers are used to measure thickness. They have been used in medical applications to measure Body Fat content very accurately.

Of course, it only stands to reason that a pack of 9 cards that contain a Ultimate Rare will have a lower thickness than a pack that contains a regular Rare or higher.

I'll make it a point to discuss this with the staff at some point, but for now I'm taking it on myself to lock this and make a statement that we don't want to have any discussions on how to pull holos or cheat any systems here at the City of Gamers.

This place is more about the playing and love of the games. Talk about how to get the edge on your opponent with your head, not a pair of calipers! LOL.

I don't think any line has been crossed here, please don't take it personally. This is merely a pre-emptive strike.
