just a lame question about the text

Cyber Dragon
If there is a monster on your opponent's side of the field and there are no monsters on your side of the field, you can Special Summon this card from your hand.

my friend is quite confuse about this "a monster" text, is it suppose when the other player have only one monster on the field then u can summon it or if they have multiple monster then cannot?

"A" is the indefinite article, it doesn't define a number.

1,2,3,4 or 5 monsters are all included by "a monster"

If there is AT LEAST one monster on your opponents side of the field...

And to answer it using the same terms dragoon86 used. You CAN Special Summon "Cyber Dragon" when your opponent has a monster or multiple monsters on the field.

Premise: you may summon Cyber Dragon if your opponent has at least one monster on the field.

Fact: Sheep tokens are monsters.

Conclusion: you may summon Cyber Dragon if your opponent has a sheep token on the field.

Yes, they are. Tokens are considered Normal Monster Cards for all intents and purposes. They only have two properties. Monsters on the field. Non-existant off the field. So any function on the field will funstion like it does for any other Monste Card.
