If I use Secret Pass to the Treasures on Hayabusa Knight - will the effect work for both of HK's attacks or only one?

Secret Pass to the Treasures works on both of Hayabusa Knight's attacks. It allows Hayabusa Knight to attack directly during that turn, so it can attack directly both times.

key phrase here is "for the turn" not "for the attack"

So with a lucky "Weather Report" you can get 4 direct attacks as you get two battle phases that turn.
