Questions concerning "Cyber Blader"

This awesome fusion monster has the ability to negate opponent's monster effects, is that even counting continuous effects (similar to a skill drain effect) allowing trap cards to be activated despite a "Jinzo" or allowing a "Marshmallon" to be destroyed because his effect of not being destroyed by battle is negated.

Also a second question..."Cyber Blader" says in its text that its effect activates when your opponent has "only one monster", "only two monsters", and "only three monsters", so does this mean that if your opponent has more than three monsters she will get none of her effects.

Yup, any kind of effect, Continuous or otherwise. And she negates the effects, she doesn't prevent their activation. You can still activate effects, and if they are not on the field when they go to resolve, Cyber Blader won't negate them. Continuous Effects will be negated while she's in play, but you can still bring the effects to the field. They won't do anything, but you can still bring them.

That's right, it has to be exactly that number to grant the subsequent effect. No more, no less.
