Re-Fusion?

Can you use Re-fusion to bring back a monster that was brought by summoner of illusion effect and then send to the graveyard? Example, like if you used its effect to summon Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon and it got send to the graveyard?

Sorry, no. In order to Special Summon a Fusion (or Ritual Monster) from the Graveyard, it must be properly summoned by their prescribed method first.

Does that also count if I try to Return from the Different Dimension a fusion monster that was summoned by Summoner of illusion effect and sent out of play via bottemless, bazoo, or etc.. effect?

Yes, that restriction applies to those monsters in the RFP zone as well.
