This card can only be special summoned by removing from play 1 Mobius the Frost Monarch, 1 Zaborg the Thunder Monarch, 1Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch, and 1Granmarg the Rock Monarch from either your field or graveyard. Once per turn on your standby phase, you may activate ONE of the following effects:
-Destroy up to 2 spell/traps on ur opponents side of the field
-Destroy ONE monster on the field(regardless of position)
-Discard one card from your opponents hand at random, if it is a monster, do direct damage to your opponents life points x100 for its level
-Destroy 1 face down card on the field

phew..that was a lot of work...i should probably tone down Monarch Supremacy tho...

Rulings check! Are we to assume that this is like Soul Release, that the monsters can come from a combination of the field and the grave, or that it can be either/or ONLY?

Oh, yeah, Monarch of Supremacy is rather... very strong. Weaken him just a smidge. Perhaps just activate his effect when he is summoned?

I think it's kind of odd to not have an equal number of each Monarch... Now just because Zaborg and Mobius are better doesn't mean anything.

I would buy the deck though, no doubt. That Collapse, let me tell you.

haha i could have put 2 of each monarch in but i dont want ppl to get TOO tribute screwed when they play this out of the box....ill think about it in version 2...

haha. thanks chaos general...i actually WAS thinking about making Monarch Supremacy a nomi monster....but i didnt want ppl to remove their precious monarchs for nothing...
