I remember it being explained to me ... badly. (Not on Realms, mind you) For some reason, the little detail about all cards in the chain remaining on the field was never explained to me. The you would have an active Royal and a face-down Royal. Just hope they dont have Heavy Storm. Kind of defeats the purpose of having two on the field (face-down) at the same time.

Let me 'clear'/'clean' this question up for you...

If someone activates "Dust Tornado" targeting my set "Royal Decree", can I chain to that "Dust Tornado" with my set "Royal Decree"?

Is that better? There isn't any mention of a 2nd "Royal Decree" because it wasn't needed. Dillie-O's answer is correct.
