DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN A ROYAL DECREE BESIDES EBAY?
 
Ebay or a regional event is the only two places I see them.  There are a few people at my local shop that has them but not willing to trade.
 
The store I go to just sold off 2 (through eBay in fact). I could check to see if they have a 3rd on the off-chance, but let's also be honest. How much are you willing to pay for one?

Well to get one I would search at a regional tourny because there are a lot of new people and would be easy to find a certain card, I saw a few royal decrees at the Des Moines regional but they were in decks so i couldnt trade for it. So yeah if you want a card like that you need to go somewhere larger than a normal card shop tournament.
 
There is hope it will come in DB2 later in 2005. But nothing has been confirmed yet. This is one of those $$$ cards that are in dire need of reprint.

It will be in DB2 IF ours is exactly the same as the Japanese one. Chances are it will be, but there could be some changes. Konami/UDE are not bound to leave it the same. Also, in a way, you could say that Konami does make profit from singles. It wouldn't be true for all cases, but when speaking of major online card selling sites and top ebay members, they have to get their singles from packs, which come from boxes, which come from cases, which come from distributors, which get their stuff from UDE/Konami. Okay, so maybe it's a stretch, but it does have a little bit of truth to it. =P In the end, they would certainly make more profit from DB2 than a Tournament Pack by far anyway, unless...bah, nevermind. >_>;;;
 
If DB2 stays the way it is printed in Japan. You can guarantee it will be sold out in 3 days. Hell maybe the first.
 
That card appeared in Japanese Boosters and Yugi Structure Deck.(if you don't mind buying Japanese cards)
