I honestly don't have ANY of the key cards (i.e. none of the STON Secret Rares) needed to make this deck. BUT, I want to make it in the future when those STON Secret Rares gets cheaper somehow.... (like another release of them in the future?)
EDIT: Hmm, I overall decided that adding two themes of Sanctuary and Counter Fairy, is a bit too much and inconsistant.
So I decided to scrap the Counter Fairy part.
Pretty much a whole alot of revisions.
Deck - 40

Neo-Parshath x2
Non-Tribute - 15
DDWL
Freed the Brave Wonderer x2
Gellenduo x3
Morphing Jar
Nova Summoner x3
Shining Angel x3
Skelengel x2
Spells - 15
Brain Control
Card Trader
Creature Swap x2
Dimension Fusion
Heavy Storm
MST
Premature
Scapegoat
Smashing x2
Snatch Steal
Terraforming
The Sanctuary of the Sky x2
Traps - 5
Mirror Force
Royal Decree x3
Torrential
---------
Some of the inconsistancy, like drawing out extra Decree, etc. can be fixed by Card Trader, so I don't think it's too bad. And instead of heavy LP payment of Solemn Jugdment, I can juse use Royal Decree to let my Airknight attack go through. And although I don't have room for Rush/Shrink/EC/whatever, the 2x Freed should take care of Cyber dragon/Monarch problems. (Along with Smashing/Creature Swap) Brain Control and Dimension Fusion is there for obvious reasons even if it goes against Neo-Parshath. I'm running 5x tributes with 2x LV7... I need Brain Control even with Gellenduo/Nova Summoner/Snatch Steal. And with Freed power, Dimension Fusion is no brainer. I can't use Return anyway cause of Royal Decree.
This deck will change once that FOTB comes out with monsters with the effect of Terraforming.
