no cards will end up restricted watch. we got months before anything gets restricted, heck look at Brain Control 3x and no restriction, so its kool.

well with 3x decree you just have a sure chance you will get one, then blown up again.

so once you are done with all the decres, you can use torrental and call.

either way, the odds are slim on getting call or torrental, just make sure when you use call you have a decree on the side for it

Ya, all it's needs to get restricted is for some cunning, dashing, brilliant, talented lady killer to take it to a tournament and win... *ahem* Back in the real world, it really does combo amazingly well with Ojamagic.
