So there's no confusion: the answer given was correct, i'm only replying to the extra comment

Some people might have though that the point was to be able to change it in the next turn. (so only leaving Giant Orc vulnerable, instead of the usual 2). When i first pulled the card I thought that it was a continuous effect that allows you to perform a manual change ignoring GO's effect. (But since i didn't have a GO I didn't think too much of it.)

But Second Goblin's effect is an activated effect, that can be used even if you attacked or manually changed GO's position that turn.

EDIT: But they have the same effect :eek:
