Here's the main combo... pull out Royal Decree with A Cat of Ill Omen and Mask of Darkness... tribute your opp. monsters with Brain Control, Snatch Steal and Soul Exchange to bring out Silent Swordsman LV5 and/or Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6... your opp will spend time trying to rfg these monsters or destroy Royal Decree or outpower them with stronger monsters... but its easier said then done. Also good to combine Messenger of Peace with Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6 to prevent those D.D. Warrior Lady and D.D. Assailants from taking you out of play... im thinking of replacing a Silent Swordsman LV5 with either a Mobius the Frost Monarch or a Jinzo.

u missed the best art on the cards

other than that the whole spell negating horus/swordsman is incomplete without the mack daddy's id add 1 of each, or at least horus lv8 if u dont like negated spell cards..i run swordsman over horus cuz swordsman pimps what horus doesnt
 
IMO, a deck with 6 tribute monsters is just ikky. Either make a Silent Swordsman deck or Horus deck.

You can just add 3x Horus lv6 + Jinzo. See, with Jinzo + 3x Royal Decree, you got yourself 4 options of anti trap. (And we know Horus is anto spell)

So to add the big daddies of silent and horus, would really mess with the purpose of this deck.

that is correct... lv7 and lv8 is just gross, imagine drawing it... what a waste of a draw phase... Cost Down is bleh, Dust Tornado is meh... ill lock myself down with Royal Decree... why use Cost Down anyways when i can use my opp. monsters for tribute anyways... i was thinking of mayb removing a ss lv5 and replacing another with Jinzo or mobius... or replace both... im getting Jinzo soon so ill test it out... i still need like 5 cards... im getting 3 Smashing Ground and an Enemy Controller from online trades but those Brain Control are hard to get... i've noticed that thise deck cuts through stall decks like cutting through butter cuz your opp. cant stop you with gravity and level limit and all that jazz.
im also trying to build a killer sidedeck, sidedecks usually are the key to winning round 2 and 3...
im thinking of putting in Card Destruction and/or Morphing Jar for exodia decks and decks that build up in the hand...
Ceasefire and ms lv2 is for stall decks...
mirage, Mask of Darkness, cat of illomen are for decks with overwhelming traps...
Divine Wrath is for some special annoying effect monsters...
the weakness of this deck is speed decks and beatdown and mayb decks that focus on rfg... got any tips?
 
I not quite clear on what a rfg deck is?
But as for speed decks and beatdowns, you might try things such as Bottomless Trap Hole, Threatening Roar, or solemn judgement ( I know these cut through your life points, but imagine your opponent summons M captain, you negate it with solemn judgement, your opponent loses M captain and can't special summon his other monster)
Just a thought.

As for the deck, I am inclined to say drop 1 SSLV5 for a Horus LV8. I do realize you are not to happy with that idea, but top decked a LV6 or LV5 is just the same. However LV8 gives you some serious control especially when comboed with a Decree... Exiled or a DD monster becomes their only hope.

I would also drop 1 of the NoE for the Enemy Controller you said you were getting-- Cause it gives you many options to work with...

Just a few thoughts...
 
dragonseeker... remember this deck also revolves around Royal Decree... try not thinking about traps... im using NoE to whipe out my opps bth, sakuretsu, widespread, Trap Hole and such... try focusing on using magic... Enemy Controller is in my sidedeck but i may deck it since it can serve both a purpose for defense/stop atk/kill a monster at the cost of my own, which isnt so bad...
rfg means remove from game.... decks like these use D.D. Warriors, warrior lady and assailants and also bth and Chaos Sorcerer to ensure i wont be able to reborn them...
krondor the bad thing about putting a lv8 is that topdecking lv6 and lv8 would be bad... also i cant summon lv8 by tributing my opp monsters... against beatdown decks i was thinking to add rush reckless... since it can be used in damage step a 700 boost is a killer for any1 but its useless for horus. against speed decks i was thinking of jowgen but hes lame for this decks and will bes nuffed out in a flash before it can be used effectively... by speedy decks i mean stuff that searches decks quickly and swarms the field... this includes dark world cards too altho i think i can manage those... cards like momonga, gravekeeper spy, Pyramid Turtle, Mystic Tomato... get my drift?
