Tell me what you think about the deck
 
I like it. Think maybe three Shining Angels is excessive. You might try taking them all out, or at least two, for Marauding Catpains. If you summon Captain and special summon LV3, he'll probably live to see another day, and thus evolve into LV5. Also, Magic Drain in this deck just really does not make sense. Take both out and both sakuretsus for 3x decree and another Apprentice Magician

Instead of Decree being put in what else can I use in this deck.
