Can you special summon an Elemental Hero destroyed by battle on the turn before Hero City was played; or does the monster have to be destroyed while Hero City is on the field to be special summoned?
As long as the monster(s) in the graveyard was destroyed in battle, it doesn't matter if Hero City was activated before or after the monster was destroyed in battle.
