I'll get right to the question. While skyscraper is on the field, would monster's with elemental hero in their name get the 1000 atk increase during your opponents battle phase, if the would be attacked by a monster with a higher attack? Or would the increase only be during the battle phase of the controller of the elemental hero monsters? Thanks

When a monster that includes "Elemental Hero" in its card name attacks, if its ATK is lower than the ATK of the attack target, increase the ATK of the attacking monster by 1000 points during damage calculation only.

Unlike the anime, the 1000 ATK gain only works when the E-Hero attacks. It won't do anything if the E-Hero is attacked.
