Slate Warrior vs King Dragun; Ultimate Baseball Kid

SPK

idle mc...
When King Dragun is face up on your side of the field, and Slate Warrior attacks it, after Slate Warrior is destroyed, does the ATK reduction occur, reducting King Dragun's ATK to 1900?

When on UBK's text, it says "Send a FIRE monster to the Graveyard", does it have to be monsters on the field, or would it also count for FIRE monsters in your hand, sending them to the Graveyard for extra damage?

*EDIT: NM the question about Baseball Kid, got the answer for myself here*

when it doesn't specify for monster effects that destroy things it means the field. but since ubk says a fire monster it means it can destroy your oppenents monsters.

Ok another question:

Player A has a face-up machine monster on his side of the field, with 3 set trap cards in his m/t zone, and 3 Limiter Removals in hand. He declares his attack, and upon reaching the damage step, he chains Limiter Removal.

Since there are only 2 spaces open at this point, is Player A limited to 2 Limiter Removals being activated, or can he activate the 2 Removals, and then in the same Step, chain another Limiter Removal to use all 3?

Incorrect. They remain on the field, regardless of where they were played from. All cards in a chain stay on the field until chain resolution, unless otherwise destroyed.

this is correct.

also you arnt chaining, you are activating a spell card in the damage step.

you only chain, when somebody has started a chain and you are adding to it.

beyond that, its responce or activation.

Ill activate Scapegoat
Opponen chains Scapegoat
I Chain Magic Jammer

Opponent summon Tribe Infecting Virus and activates its effect
I respond to the summon of Tribe infecting virus with Torrential Tribute.

notice there is no chain unless i would actually chain to the effect and not respond to the summon. by this i mean, you arnt chaining literally the two together.

your are putting stuff in a chain but they arnt neceserally countering perse.

so in this case you are activating and then you start chaining.

if you only have 2 spaces remaining then your stuck at 2.

if you had 3 then you could activate 1, then chain the other too. but in this case 3 zones are wasted and you only have 2 remaining.

the chain resolves and the damage step continues with its modifier once everything is kool you move on to the next step and so on.

yea i know it is, but you couldnt activate torrential if you said ill chain to the effect with Torrential Tribute.

you have to state that you are responding to the summon with Torrential Tribute and putting it on the chain.

which would be more "correct" per se right?

cause it doesnt make sence since people could easily say, oo well the timing is off.

but in this case its not becasue you are declaring at what point you are putting the card in the chain.

ei. Responce to the summon, not responce to the effect of TIV.

right??

or is there some profound line of knowledge were you are responding to TIV's effect and completly ignoring the text on Torrential Tribute.

Actually, you would be saying I'll chain to that (since you are in fact chaining). The fact that the next step in the chain is in response to the summon is the loveliness we have due to game mechanics.

You can actually chain Torrential to the effect of Tribe. In fact you have to chain to the effect of tribe. All the cards that respond to a summon use the chain and are chainable. This is why, as I was so fervently informed, that you can chain multiple Bottomless Trap Holes to each other in the same responce chain.

The timing issue only requires a summon to be the last thing to "resolve" not the last thing to "occur"
