Some questions I have

1.I have a Ojama King on the field so that takes over 3 spaces right.Next I play Ojama Trio.Do I get to destory a monster to make it even or Ojama is destoryed?
2.Oppontent turnPlays Dark Magician.End.My turn:First I play Kuriboh.Next I play Black Illusion Ritual,tribute Kuriboh to summon Relinquished.Take control of Dark Magician.End.Oppontent turn: Plays Mystic Clown.End.I play Snatch Steal on Mystic Clown.Next I special summon The Fiend Megacyber.My question is can you summon The Fiend Megacyber even if your opponent has no monsters but you control there monsters?
3.I have Relinquished on the field equipped to Dark Magician.Oppentent's turnPlays Snatch Steal.Use he get to choose which monster or do both monsters go to him?

1) You wouldn't be able to activate Ojama Trio if Ojama King is preventing 3 spaces from being used.

2) You wouldn't be able to Special Summon The Fiend Megacyber unless your opponent is in control of 2 more monsters than you do. Since you have 2 monsters on your side of the field and your opponent has 0, all you could do is Tribute Summon The Fiend Megacyber.

3) Dark Magician is treated as an Equip Card when it is attached to Relinquished. As such the only monster they can choose is Relinquished.

3) Also, the Dark Magician (as an Equip Spell Card) will remain in the same place, even if Relinquished moves around the field (by Senet Switch, Change of Heart, etc.).
