This will give you a wide range of options to get out Dark Magician. I don't think the Cyber Dragons will help at all.
There are so many ways this can be put together.
Lily is a great choice but maybe in the side deck, you could also have a couple more Old Vinictive Magicians in the side deck.
Kycoo can be a great card in the main or side decks.
The real question is how do you want achieve the win?
This is roughly how I would build the deck, the are bound to be better answers than just my suggestions.
