Irish Duelist
After trying to adjust my deck to the new limited list, all is not going very successful. So I thought, why not, and get some help with it :)

Note:- My budget is low and obviously I would replace cards like Fissure for Smashing Ground if I had them :p

Honestly your Spell / Trap Line up doesnt look too bad... IMO the lack of synthesis in this deck resides in your Monsters... Having so many flip effect monsters can slow your deck down and keep you from having much of a field presence... I am going to alter the lineup a bit, but not select a bunch of expensive monsters to put in... hopefully this can help ...

lets start with your Tribute Monsters, you have, ....
Chaos Sorcerer
Jinzo
Vampire Lord....

V. Lord may have a cool effect but I see a lack of draw power here. How about adding in an Airknight Parsath .. this gives you trample and draw strength ....

Now the regular monsters... this may be where you are having your biggest trouble.... not that the monsters in there are bad, they are all good, and have useful effects, but some of them dont have the best flow when used together... lets take a look...

Tsukuyomi (good for multiple reasons lets keep him)
Sangan ( searchability is always good )
Blade Knight (great top deck and a light... )
Magician of Faith
Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer
Asura Priest (lets drop him for another Blade Knight)
Apprentice Magician
Old Vindictive Magician ( lets drop him and replace with Cyber Jar and a Breaker the Magical Warrior)
Magical Merchant (lhmm.. could come in handy if we stick a Metamorphosis in your deck)
Morphing Jar (good draw power)
Bazoo the Soul-Eater( may hurt you more than help you in here)
Enraged Battle Ox( Same as Bazoo , sorry)
Mystic Tomato(lets add one more)
Spirit Reaper

instead of bazoo and Enraged Battle Ox... lets put in Exiled Force, and one more Mystic Tomato.. lets see how it looks in a new line up....

Monsters (18)

Chaos Sorcerer
Jinzo
Vampire Lord
Airknight Parsath

1- Tsukuyomi
1- Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer
2- Mystic Tomato
1- Sangan
1- Spirit Reaper
1-Cyber Jar
1- Morphing Jar
1- Breaker the Magical Warrior
1- Apprentice Magician
1- Magician of Faith
2- Blade Knight
1- Magical Merchant

I like your spell lineup , but if you can replace the Mind Control with Soul Exchange, i think it would help you more, especially with 3 Tribute Monsters ..... now lets also throw in a Metamorphosis if you have one.... that way you can morph Mag. of Faith or Magical Merchant for Thousand Eyes Restrict... if you want, I just think he would be a great addition to this deck, as a just in case... great control factor and he is a spellcaster too.....

So that will give you 17 spells....

I like the traps... keep them all... this is a total of 41 cards in the deck..... hope Ive helped you out.... good luck with the deck...

I'm afraid I'm not getting the purpose of the deck. It's not bad so to speak, just non-synergetic (?). Why not up the apprentice count, for more spellcaster support? Magician's Circle with Magical Marionette can be devastating. Or do you intend to keep the tribute count low? I feel that bazoo is a bit out of place here. Maybe Injection Fairy Lily for that puch, instead of him. If you need any of these cards, check my trade list please.

Metamorphosis is actually side-decked since I barely used Thousand-Eyes Restrict but thanks for the other suggestions ;)

As for the deck's aim... I really have no idea apart from bringing out the tributes and taking down the opponent's life points :-/
Sounds a bit cliché ;P

Not cliche in the least, and a very workable strategy. I must revisit magician's circle, Magical Marionette, and Apprentice Magician. Apprentice will build field presence, so you'll have tribute fodder. Circle will bust out marionette, and marionette is simply the best tribute spellcater there is.

Assuming that's the completed recommended monster layout, I believe I have a second Mystic Tomato somewhere already, no second Blade Knight, no Breaker the Magical Warrior, and no Airknight Parshath. But I'll probably try and get them on eBay or something ;) Also with the Warrior Triumph structure deck (which unfortunately has not reached here in my area yet), I was planning adding in D.D. Warrior Lady for it's effect and as an extra light.

On the Soul Exchange matter, I'm interested in that for another reason apart from using it only for tribute monsters.

[Re: Metamorphosis] If you activated "Soul Exchange" targeting your opponent's monster, if the monster is face-down, you cannot Tribute it as a cost for "Metamorphosis".

Using Soul Exchange I could probably tribute an opponent's Scapegoat and use it for Metamorphosis to bring out Thousand-Eyes Restrict. Also if conviently my opponent had a face-up Magician of Faith or another face-up level 1 monster, I could tribute those either.

I think thats a good idea... if you are packing more than Thousand eyes.... you can use other monsters on their side of the field as tributes....

WOW.. no AirKnight.. ... Try out Dark Ruler Ha Des ....he would be an evil addition to this deck along with some firepower bigger than Jinzo...
if you are not having those cards try out Reflect Bounder or D. D. Warrior Lady in place of the Blade Knight.... and for Breaker.... hmm.. thats a tough one ... go for another Spirit Reaper till you can get one.... thats my opinion anyway... or you can just go for the Reflect Bounder AND DDWL... but Im just thinking of keeping your field presence... mabye these cards will be more readily available to you

of course... if you have Cyber Dragon... you can drop it in in place of the Blade Knight ... have Dark Ruler as the other Tribute, and put in another Spirit Reaper in place of the missing Breaker...

Just trying to give you different options that will still give your deck that punch it needs
