I am not with IG, but have been to the lact PCQ in Sacramento during the last Yugioh Regional. It is slow, yes. But to tell you the truth, I would rather play in a state side PC, than play overseas. Not saying it is a bad thing, but a costly thing. Atleast for me. And Pro Players will alway go to any PC, where ever they are.
We should start to see more and more PCQ, as the closer they are to CA. To my understanding, each TO is only allowed to have a certain amount of PCQ. Here is a hint on how to find PCQ in the Nor Cal area. Just look for Yugioh Regionals. When there is one, there is usually a PCQ with it. Staight up PCQs are posted. That is what I have noticed.
Now, the issue some of the players have in this area, is that most of the PCQ events, that have been ran, do not have the results entered in the UDE site. Like rankings, ratings and points. We don't know where the oversite is at, but we hope with the efforts with this group (Innovating Gaming) and the players and UDE, this problem can be fixed or ammended.

What area are you from? If you are the Sacramento area, give me a pm or email and we can hook up and do some playtesting or even hit some tournaments. There are a couple of tournments here, from time to time.
