depends how competitive you really want to be, water has alot of options, the last one i ran was level limit control with abyss mobius kill option and mermaids to pressure if I can. I think I sided for Daedulus to make it more aggro in games 2 and 3 since the typical sides against it hurts.

Basically, you could go Skill Drain with the normal ALO-able 2400s like that fish, dunno its name sorry, and giga gagagio (probably mispelled).

You could also go water themed completely, its really a matter of balance between how competitive and loyalty to the theme.
 
Just give me a day or 2 and i will get a deck list of my friends water deck so you can get an exsample. Cause I am not that good with water but my friend is a ace at it.
 
 
you can make a frog deck (treeborn, des, D3S, bellze). i think that it would be fun to play a deck like this, but you would probably lose because frogs are just not enugh
