If I propose a team attack with two characters, and let's say my opponent plays "[font=Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif]Mystical Paralysis[/font]" will the proposed attack not be valid?

Granted I could be wrong in this situation (But I really doubt I am to be honest).
But I'd say "Yes". When a person attacks, the first thing that happens is that they declare the attack (attackers have not exhausted yet), and then pass to the opponent to see if they have a response. The opponent can then activate a card that would make the attack possibly illegal, the attackers exhaust when the attack is proposed to be legal, this can only be known when the defender acknowledges, "Yes, it's legal."
So with that in mind, I would say that the opponent could activate Mystical Paralysis to exhaust his character and your character making the proposed team attack illegal.

You mean the attack isnt resolved yet? What if u say the attack is legal and then use some card the stun any of the team attackers (i.e. Insignificant Threat) the attack still resolves? or is considered illegal?

Once the attack is declared legal, it doesn't check again.
So if the defender is in the support row then becomes protected after the attack is legal, the attack still goes thorugh.
If one member of a team attack is stunned after the team attack is legal, then that attacker is removed from the attack and the remaining attackers continue the attack.
