After some fixes and playtesting I have come up with this lineup. It stands very good even against decks with Monarchs ( I added Forced Back for extra help in the side deck ). No real problems with any other deck - not tested against Dark World decks.

This is my lattest lineup , I use the Mausoleum , Dashers to fill the field with tributes , the Creator to special summon them from the Graveyard , Strike Ninja and D.D. to out of play monsters ( along with DMOC that is removed by each self ) To Return them. I have also added 2x A Hero Emerges to fix any dead hands with only tributes, Nible's to gain life to use for Mausoleum , Tomato , Sangan for speed and to fuel Strike Ninja , Morphing and Pot to draw and recycle .

Any ideas / fixes ????

Is it such a good deck that you have no fixes ???

It has too many monsters and I do not know what to remove ....

I own 4 Secret and 1 Ultimate Cyber Dragons , but I have not put anyone in this deck . It is already really heavy.

One idea was to dump the Hand of Nephtys , to make the count 43 , since it is a useless card if Phoenix has passed , and Phoenix is intended to be summoned by Mausolleum or Dasher , or

To dump the whole Strike Ninja concept , thus removing Strike , Don Zaloog and Mystic Tomato , making it a 41 deck count.

No room for a Cyber Dragon !!!???
 
Strike Ninja removes monsters from the Graveyard. The Creator needs monsters in the Graveyard. And a Phoenix coming back will destroy your Mausoleum, so be careful if the Field Spell is a big part of your strategy.

I was using Strike Ninja to remove monsters from the Graveyard in order to summon them along with DMOC with Return. But I will probably remove it to lighten the deck.

Have you tried this deck with A Feather of the Phoenix? It would probably help with all the high level monsters (especially Dasher). Even Night Assailant will help with the cost. It would also help re-using The Creator since it cannot be special summoned from the graveyard.

That is a good idea , I will think this over. In the past I thought of using Raigeki Break , but your idea is better.
