Konami has announced (maybe unofiicially not sure.. waiting for the citation) that DL6 will be Toon Gemini Elf.

This is why i posted it under Rules and Regulations:

Unlike other Toon cards "Toon Geminin Elf" may be summoned when Toon World is not on the field.

Also absent is the part about having to attack toon monsters on the opponents side of the field, however that might have been an accidental ommision.

This card cannot attack the turn that it is Normal Summoned, Flip
Summoned, or Special Summoned. When "Toon World" on the field is
destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If Toon World is on your
side of the field and your opponent does not control a Toon Monster,
this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. When this
card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, your
opponent discards 1 card randomly from his/her hand.

What is that about attacking your opponent's Toon monsters anyway? I thought that if your opponent had Toon monsters, you could attack them or a non-Toon monster, just not directly.

DL6 is Duelist league 6
I`m sot pretty sure about if it must attack or you have the possibility of staying quiet. I don`t recall the toon dragon to have to attack but I`m not pretty sure.

I Dont think it was restricted or even limited in Japan by Konami. Its a good card but not broken.

And simple reminder, We get our Forbidden, Limited and Semi Limited from Konami.

dude, gemini elfs isnt broken.

and it wont ever be broken in the states, because we dont have all the toon cards that we should have.

Toon masked sorcerer
Toon Goblin attack force
Toon Dark magician girl
Toon index
Toon ??

see we are still missing 5 cards

so only cause we got the efls doenst necesserally means its broken. or that toon decks will see more game play.

ill prolly end up trading for 3 of these anyways. :D
