not really. I normally post on threads with the sacred turkey. I have to say it looks, well, eh, well, eh, interesting. I have a few suggestions but that's only because I love zombies too much.

Mobius would work well here. I think that you might want to consider someting like Skill Drain.

sorry, i wrote it wrong up above, I don't normally post on decks with the sacred turkey. I can see the benefit from it if you use one a lot but for those that don't, it would be like commiting card suicide. I know that sounds harse but it's not meant to be. I find that your deck looks very interesting. I like to get people to explain their decks in more detail why they do what they do. So, why did you put a sacred pheonix in the mix?

Well, Sirch. as you may see, the only continous trap/spell cards I use are those of Royal Decree, and Swords of Revealing Light. I normally don't summon the Phoenix, until I am sure that I can chain the Spell/Trap cards I already have on the field. The metagame here in Sweden, often includens filling your side up with spell trap cards, and as such, I gain more from the attack, if my opponet chooses to Sakuretsu away my Vampire Lords and Phoenix ^^.

@Skey23 What? o_O I think there are 40 cards... there are here, in reality anyways...

And I am sorry, but I think you are crazy xD. I think that Zombies are meant to be used aggressivly, and that Spirit Reapers are ment only to stall long enough to get a Damage Dealer out. I need both Ryu Kokki's, and both Vampire Lords. Which is why I removed Jinzo ^^.

Also, I find that one Creature Swap is enough. I like fast decks, and a Creature Swap late game, when my rat and turtles are gone, is not a good top deck. =P

Thank you for the explanation. It helps really understand your thought process with the deck. You also gave me some ideas with phoenix. Thank you

If my counts are correct, you're already short 1 card, there's only 39 listed..lol.

Ok, here's my suggestions..

-1 Ryu Kokki
+1 Patrician of Darkness (goes well with the Spirit Reaper).

Then add either another "Book of Life" or another "Creature Swap" to make it an even 40 cards.

LOL I agree with Skey (on both points).
About the counting: you have put down all ok. Maths: 5 tribute monsters + 14 non-tribute monsters + 13 spells + 7 traps = a one-legged short Deck (aka a Deck with 39 cards).
5+14=19, 19+13= 32, 32+7= 39... ;) Skey isn't crazy.

Patrician is used for field presence and opponent attack determination. The thing people think they can do is force every attack onto like Spirit Reaper (if it's on the field). The problem with that is when it comes to Asura Priest. There is a definative ruling concerning the use of Patrician and Reaper.

Patrician isn't only good for pure zombies... it helps you out, in case an opponent decides to kill you or just one of your monsters by attacking a face-up attack position monster with a relative weak attack (or an Def monster with low Def, when the opponent has trample :D).

Yes, perhaps the metagame in America is diffrent, but in Sweden there are many ways to rid oneselves of the patrician. His relativly low attack is also dangerous, unlike Vampire Lord whom re-spawns when destroyed by effects, atleast.

I like the changes you have made so far. As far as the battle concerning Patrician, it's a preference call. I know some people really like it and others don't. I go through phases with it myself. Your deck looks quite strong. Good luck with it and keep us updated on how it works out.
