Tsukuyomi vs Ceasefire

If Tsukuyomi is face down on the field, and I activate Ceasefire (no other cards on the field besides those two), what happens and why?

Tsukuyomi flips itself back face-down.

Since Tsukuyomi is not a Flip Effect, its effect must activate and since she is the only monster on the field, she would have to use her effect on herself.

Would it inflict the 500 damage or not?

However, this question has been answered for me already, so thanks guys, this can be locked if needed.

Right forgot about that. Yes, it would inflict the damage because Tsukuyomi's effect wouldn't resolve until after Ceasefire's.
