Ok. I want to make a Type Zero Magic Crusher deck consisting of alomost all spells. My question is if I have 2 Type Zero Magic Crushers on the field at once could I discard 1 spell to inflict 1000 LP?

Type Zero Magic Crushers effect: Discard 1 Spell Card from your hand to inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points.

no you cant cause you can only activate one of them to do 500 damage

No you may not. The send 1 spell card is a cost to activate the effect. It is not a condition.
