Warrior of Atlantis and a Legendary Ocean

Warrior of Atlantis' effect stats "you can discard this card to the graveyard to add 1 "a Legendary Ocean" from your deck to your hand"

but the 1st part of a Legendary Ocean stats "This card's name is treated "Umi""

so does that mean Warrior of Atlantis' effect is useless???

No it's not useless.

"A Legendary Ocean" is considered to be "Umi" (so you can't have 3 of that and 3 Umi because then you'd be playing with 6 Umi cards). However the card is still considered to be "A Legendary Ocean" on top of that. But that differential is what allows "Warrior of Atlantis" to search out only "A Legendary Ocean". If its effect allowed it to search out "Umi" then it would be able to find both.
