widespread ruin and gravity bind

turn player has entered their battle phase and declare s an attack with summoned skull non-turn player activates widespread ruin in response to that turn player chains gravity bind. would summoned skull be destroyed thanks

whoops never mind i was thinking of level limit area b >_> unless its battle position was changed it'll still be destroyed

Only there's no reason Summoned Skull would go into defense position. Gravity Bind only stops the attack, it doesn't affect the Battle Position of Monsters. Widespread Ruin would still resolve successfully, being that is was activated appropriately.
